The Waking Down in Mutuality seminar

a 13-session source-teaching course in the Human Sun Institute Core Curriculum

A dynamic, refreshed exploration of the formal, traditional Waking Down in Mutuality® transmissions and teachings, with founder Saniel Bonder and longtime, distinguished senior teacher Linda Groves-Bonder. There is an initial overview session, after which Saniel and Linda use their proprietary 12 “Human Sun” gateways, key points, and visual mandalas as the primary themes of this investigation and journey:

Three Understandings, or Relaxations: The Predicament, the Rot, the Wound
Three Adaptations, or Exchanges: Listening, Transmission, Initiation
Three Principles, or Embodiments: Waking, Down, and Mutuality
Three Movements, or Impulses: Daring, Recognizing, Persevering

Each course session includes an hour-long Presentation by Linda Ma and Saniel and a recorded 75-minute teleconferenced Conversation about the material between them and course participants of the original live course recorded between February and May 2016. In addition, PDF files of “Human Sun” gateways, key points, and visual mandalas are available.
